About Pippa Rambaut
I am a registered RYT® 200 yoga teacher based in Adelaide. As a trained-dancer, I try to create a strong sense of embodiment and flow in my classes to allow you to connect to movement and creative expression. My classes balance moments of challenge with moments of playfulness, and offer thoughtful cues and intentional anatomical sequencing.
I love how movement can tell a story, how a good cue can unlock a new experience in a familiar pose, and how a cup of tea and a laugh after class can make everything feel a little lighter.
I hope to share with you the parts of yoga that have strongly resonated with me and to tell the stories that are now close to my heart.
